The Bolton Woods Centre
Cedarstone Construction Ltd completed a comprehensive refurbishment of the Bolton Woods Centre, transforming it into a modern, functional space. The project involved the creation of five new office spaces, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a versatile events hall. We upgraded all electrical systems, plumbing, and completed a full redecoration, revitalising the entire centre to better serve the community's needs. The result is a fresh, contemporary environment that enhances both functionality and aesthetic appeal.

This project involved converting a run down domestic terraced property from 4 bedrooms , to a 6 bed HMO all with en-suites. This involved a thorough refurbishment , including structural works throughout , and tanking to the basement to create a open plan kitchen , dining and living space.
